There is customer service and then there is Philipino customer service which is on a whole other level. The driver/ tour guide June treated my family soo wonderfully, I cannot reccomend this company and this professional highly enough. We are a family with young kids who love exploring countries and places. We like to have a flexible itinerary especially with kids so we did not do set group tours rather we opted for a driver that would tailor an itinerary to our likeness and it could be private and go at our pace. The communication on whatsapp before the trip was amazing. Every single query addressed promptly. Documentation sent over. Payment was straightforward and easy and the pricing extremely competitive and value for money. We were in Bohol for 3 days. We visited twin falls and dam agan falls the first day. Beautiful drive in lush countryside. Both falls easily accessible with young children and 2 guides who played with them. 2nd day we visited Anda, Candijay and the Can Unmantad waterfalls and rice terraces. Although about 2 to 3 hours driving, it was extremely scenic and we stopped off at little bakeries and coffee shops along the way. Last day we did the famous chocolate hills on atv, visited the tarsiers, loboc small boat tour. Every single activity loved by the kids. June made sure we were safe and most importantly had a great time. He shared with us about life in Bohol, history of the island and life in general. He was so flexible with us, anything we needed. Any sight we wanted to see, he made it happen. No one was allowed to rip us off and he suggested things he knew we would like.Thanks so much to the team and especially June for making our Bohol trip amazing. If you are visiting Bohol, definitely use this company and ask for June.

Very responsive on WhatsApp, made the process very easy & they were able to get us a car and driver on short notice for the entire day, two days in a row. Both of our drivers, Rodel and Yan, were very professional and courteous. They also knew the location of everywhere we wanted to go so it made us planning our day very easy and worry-free. The car was in good condition as well .However the fact that there is no extensive insurance coverage and in the event of any scratches or dents regardless of the cause you are fully liable; this made us a little cautious/nervous. Nothing happened, but it is definitely something to consider.

Bohol Car Rental - exceeded my expectations…I rented a Toyota Innova from them for two weeks. Prior to my picking up the car they provided instant responses to my inquiries about meeting their rep at the Tagbilaran pier. The car was immaculate, and the paperwork went smoothly. During my trip my request to extend the rental was accommodated, again with near instant responses. The service / vehicle was excellent and far better than my previous rental from a large branded agent. Based on my experience I look forward to returning to Bohol in the knowledge that I can rent a quality car from a reputable company.

Van 2대를 4박 5일간 렌트했어요. 다른 업체보다 저렴한 금액에 했습니다. 현지인 호핑 컨설턴트가 자꾸 삐끼하려고 렌트 얼마에 했나고 하면서 비싸게 한 줄로 추측하고 물었는데, 금액 듣고 잘했다고 더는 묻지 않더군요.일단 저렴한데는 이유가 있는데 두 대중 한대가 렌트카였고, 한대는 일반 개인 차량으로 보였습니다. 일반 차량은 킬로수가 50만이 넘은 차라는 점이 저렴하게 된 이유로 보였습니다. 차량 상태는 괜찮았습니다. 렌트용으로 등록된 차량은 2천킬로 뛴 새차급이었습니다.에어컨 잘 나왔고, 연료도 풀 충전되어 있었습니다. 4일간 디젤은 2천페소 들었습니다. 수동이라 연비가 좋았어요.처음 인도받던 날에는 꾸야 2명이 저희를 태우고 공항 바깥으로 이동해서 계약서 쓰고 잔금 치르고 디파짓 대당 2천페소로 하고 양도 받았고, 반납 때는 공항 안에서 할 수 있었습니다.차량 렌트를 하니 이동에 편하고 자유로워서 좋았습니다. 저는 마닐라에서 운전한 경험이 있어서 운전하는데에 크게 고민이 되지 않았습니다. 마닐라에 비하면 훨씬 한가롭고, 운전 매너도 좋습니다. 다만 교통 체계는 무용지물 같았습니다.

Bohol Car Rentals provided fantastic service for a 3 day self-drive car rental at a very reasonable price. The car (a Toyota Vios) was in spotless condition. It was delivered to us in Alona Beach on time and with minimal paperwork. The drop-off at Panglao Airport was similarly efficient. The online booking was simple, as was paying the deposit online. The company were quick to respond to questions.I highly recommend this company.My one suggestion for improvement would be to deliver the car with a full tank and request it be filled before return, which makes it easier for the customer to buy the right amount of fuel.
