Agence et service très sérieux. Contact réactif par whatsapp. Voiture récupérée au port de Bohol et rendue à l'aéroport. Location pour 6 jours à un prix très compétitif. Pas de dépôt de garantie et voiture en très bon état. Je recommande fortement.

Basically, a reliable rental company. No problem with the contact and reservation or with the advance payment. Car was working properly abd the rental price was OK. The bad things:
- they do not give any copy od the signed rental papers
- at return, they looked for aby new dents or scrarches cery toroughly (I recommend making a lot of photos at the car pickup)
- at the pickup, the tank was 3/4 full. When returned, the fuel level was aprox 3l lower than the 3/4 tank. We offered cash for these few missing litres but they say they will go with us to the petrol station. There the station staff filled the tank full (where it should be 3/4!) (and it was cash-only petrol station!) do we paid for 10 litres extra.
Basically, the rental was OK, but at the end they scammed us for aprox 1/4 tank od fuel (aprox. 10l).

Bohol Car Rental has given me the best customer experience and the most reasonable pricing out of any car rental in the country. They were able to pivot when an unforseen change happened in our rental schedule, and the car we rented is well-maintained so we didn’t have to worry about car accidents or breakdowns. Their all-online registration and payment processes are well-suited for expats and busy travellers like me. Highly recommend!

Great car rental experience! They dropped off our car by the gas station across from the port, and they picked up the car at our resort. We had no issues, but they were very responsive via WhatsApp and I’m sure would have been helpful if we needed it. Bohol was fairly easy to get around for us. Would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience renting from this team at the beginning of January! The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. I rented a Toyota Raize which was in excellent condition and perfect for my trip.

Wonderful car, wonderful communication!
We rented the Fortuna all-wheel-drive for eight days and drove around Bohol. We’re covered 600km in total, and the car was perfect for our family of four with some luggage. It was great at Hills short burst of speed to overtake bikes and and three wheels on the country roads. Really enjoyed the drive, very smooth and a quality vehicle. The communication from the outset with Julieann was fantastic and clear and instructions to meet for the car handover, in our case at the tug builder and Port was also smooth. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to rent a car in Bohol.

A genuinely pleasant and professional experience. While we are “professional” travellers ourselves, and used to the vagaries of renting cars from independent operators, this experience was seamless. The car was first rate and next to new and there was enough English spoken that we knew we were in a mutually trusting relationship.

We rented a car dor 8 days. The car was very good and good priced. Communication with the rental service and the driver was very easy. They waited for us ar the jetty when we arrived. We would highly reccomend to rent here

Used them to rent a car last minute, sorted it the day before we arrived, did the paperwork and payment online and the car was delivered at the pier when we arrived. Extended the car rental period over WhatsApp, were super flexible and helpful, as well as reasonably priced. Would recommend 100%!

I rented a car from BCR at Tagbilaran Port and was thoroughly satisfied with their service from start to finish. After arriving from Siquijor at 10:20 a.m., I received a call from Michael the moment the OceanJet touched the pier. By the time I stepped out of the terminal, he was already there, ready to hand over the vehicle. The timing couldn’t have been more precise.

The car—a clean black Vios—was delivered with the fuel tank nearly full. After driving roughly 120 km through Loboc, up to the Chocolate Hills in Carmen, and stopping by several tourist spots before shopping at ICM on the return, I refueled for only ₱900. The vehicle performed reliably on winding climbs and even unpaved roads, giving me peace of mind throughout the trip.

Returning the car was just as smooth. At 6 p.m., Michael’s wife met me right in front of my accommodation near Alona Beach, and the handover was completed within minutes. There was no wasted time at pickup or drop-off, which I appreciated immensely.

The price is competitive with other rental options in the area, but what sets BCR apart is their punctuality, convenience, and overall professionalism. Their service genuinely enhanced my Bohol trip, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

Jestem pod wrażeniem profesjonalizmu pracowników tej wypożyczalni. Bardzo szybko odpowiadają na wiadomości, umowa jest podpisywana elektronicznie, wszystko przemyślane. Ceny rozsądne, o wiele niższe niż z sieciówek typu Avis, Budget etc. Serdeczne podziękowania dla pracownika o imieniu Jimbo.

These guys are so professional. They were busy and wanted to drop the car off slightly earlier but we were arriving on the ferry. They met us at the ferry with the car and even gave us the delivery charge back.
The little car we got was perfect and so very clean. Pick-up and drop off was so easy.
Be careful.
There’s a few companies that use the same type of name but these are this is the correct company to use.
I can 150% promise you will absolutely get taken care of from start to finish if you book with this company.
We had a bad experience with a different company. Luckily we had not signed the contract.
We went to this company and we are so glad we did.
They were completely the opposite, professional, listened, sent messages to confirm everything and explained everything so that we understood it all.

Voy a poner mi aportación con mi experiencia, dada la poca información que encontré en su momento. En primer lugar, conducir por Bohol es sumamente sencillo y una gran comodidad. En segundo lugar, nos decantamos por esta empresa de alquiler por sus comentarios y ha sido todo un acierto. El chico que nos atendió es muy amable y hace que todo fuese sencillo. En el precio estaba incluido el seguro a todo riesgo (aunque nos aclaró que era para daños grandes y que si había un roce pequeño se reparaba y se pagaba por ello en el momento). El precio es muy bueno y el coche que nos ha tocado tenía muy pocos kilómetros. Todo fué rápido y sencillo. Lo recomiendo al 200%. Además puedes entregar el coche en otro punto (mandándole la ubicación al chico del alquiler) sin coste adicional por ello. Todo un acierto, pena que no esté esta misma empresa en otras islas donde las carreteras estén medianamente bien. Gracias por todo

Smooth transaction, and they are very responsive to all our queries. The car we rented is a new model and clean. Also, we are very delighted that they do not have a security deposit in their small cars, unlike other car rental services.

Booked with them online and I was impressed. The process was smooth and painless. You make your selection, confirm your itinerary and they send you a payment request with the terms of lease. Would be great if they had insurance options but no complaints with the service! The port transfer was a bit inconvenient (not trot fault) you can book a remote pick up option off you are leaving from the airport. Instructions we’re clear and the contact person is very responsive. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

ネット予約を行い、支払い手段は日本人に馴染みのものだとPayPalしか無かったのですが、他の支払い手段が無いか聞いたところ当日現金でも受け取ってくださいました。

I had a smooth experience booking with Bohol Car Rental. The staff was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. Although the Toyota Vios I initially reserved was unavailable, they upgraded me to a Toyota Raize crossover SUV at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise.
The booking confirmation was clear, with all the details well explained, and the team assured me they would provide the driver and vehicle details before the delivery. Rates were fair and transparent, and communication was efficient.
