We needed a car rental suddenly due to changed trip schedule. Some companies never replied for our request, but This company has been arranged promptly with sending some texting. Thier driver Mr. Dennis was very good driver and tour guide, and photographer! He lives in Panglao, then he knows everthing about Bohol. We got fabulous experience too much with Bohol history a half day by his great support. We really appreciate with team Bohol Car Rental, Thank you so much!!

Voy a poner mi aportación con mi experiencia, dada la poca información que encontré en su momento. En primer lugar, conducir por Bohol es sumamente sencillo y una gran comodidad. En segundo lugar, nos decantamos por esta empresa de alquiler por sus comentarios y ha sido todo un acierto. El chico que nos atendió es muy amable y hace que todo fuese sencillo. En el precio estaba incluido el seguro a todo riesgo (aunque nos aclaró que era para daños grandes y que si había un roce pequeño se reparaba y se pagaba por ello en el momento). El precio es muy bueno y el coche que nos ha tocado tenía muy pocos kilómetros. Todo fué rápido y sencillo. Lo recomiendo al 200%. Además puedes entregar el coche en otro punto (mandándole la ubicación al chico del alquiler) sin coste adicional por ello. Todo un acierto, pena que no esté esta misma empresa en otras islas donde las carreteras estén medianamente bien. Gracias por todo

Smooth transaction, and they are very responsive to all our queries. The car we rented is a new model and clean. Also, we are very delighted that they do not have a security deposit in their small cars, unlike other car rental services.

Booked with them online and I was impressed. The process was smooth and painless. You make your selection, confirm your itinerary and they send you a payment request with the terms of lease. Would be great if they had insurance options but no complaints with the service! The port transfer was a bit inconvenient (not trot fault) you can book a remote pick up option off you are leaving from the airport. Instructions we’re clear and the contact person is very responsive. I would definitely book with them again in the future.

ネット予約を行い、支払い手段は日本人に馴染みのものだとPayPalしか無かったのですが、他の支払い手段が無いか聞いたところ当日現金でも受け取ってくださいました。

ドライバーさんはとても親切な方で、フィリピンのことや道中のおすすめ写真スポットなどについて色々教えてくださいました。

希望した通りの場所に全て行くことができ、最高の一日になりました。英語でのコミュニケーションが少しでもできるのであればオススメです！

I had a smooth experience booking with Bohol Car Rental. The staff was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. Although the Toyota Vios I initially reserved was unavailable, they upgraded me to a Toyota Raize crossover SUV at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise.
The booking confirmation was clear, with all the details well explained, and the team assured me they would provide the driver and vehicle details before the delivery. Rates were fair and transparent, and communication was efficient.

Needed a rental car for a week to explore the beautiful island of Bohol and definitely can recommend Bohol Car Rental. Car was ideal for riding on the island's roads, was relatively new and very clean. Service was excellent with clear instructions and communication for the pick up and the delivery!

Easy pick up and drop off, car was in perfect condition. Good price for the quality and service.

Pick up location was good, just note that you can't pick it up inside the port due to security restrictions but we picked it up just outside at the Petron ( 5minute walk) then drove into the port to get the baggage and other passengers.

Car was easy to drive, but could potentially use more instruction at the beginning. We hadn't used this type of car before so a run through of the start up process would be good. But not a deal breaker.

We had the SUV Crossover (Toyota raize) which was a great car for travelling panglao and the main island.

They were nice enough to upgrade the car from Vios to Veloz E. Thank you so much, till next time!!

The car was in excellent condition. The gentleman who delivered it to me at the airport arrived exactly on time. There were no hidden fees — everything was clear and as promised at the time of booking. The car was full tank on pickup and returned in the same condition. I also informed them an hour before arriving at the port, and they were punctual as agreed. Prices were excellent compared to other rental companies, and the car was in great shape.

The only minor suggestion would be to remove the tinting on the front windshield

Excellent experience throughout with Bohol Car Rental. The vehicle was in very good condition. It was super clean and drove like a dream. Their communication was always prompt and their service was wonderful. They dropped the vehicle off to our accommodation and a driver came to our departure port to collect it at the end of the rental. I left something in the car as we left, and the driver turned back to deliver it to me. Would definitely use them again.

Perfect service, perfect car! Best option for rent a car in Bohol!

We rented a 2023 toyota vios and the car was good. Some issues we encountered first was that they were late in delivering the car for about 30mins. Then there was an extra fee of 250 for a car wash which is pretty high for a car wash. And finally the gas was about 1/4 during pick up so i immediately have to get gas. Tip to the rental company better yo fill up the tank for every customer at the start of the rental. Overall it was 4 out of 5 stars.

Great service from Bohol Rental Car. We rented a van from them to pick us up at the Tagbilaran pier to Henann Resort in Panglao. Then whole day Country side tour the following day. Then another, pick up from hotel to the pier. We don’t have problems communicating to them. Talk to Stella (representative) via WhatsApp every now and then. She gave me full details/instructions on how to organize with them and how to process the payment. The only draw back is that they only accept GCASH and PAYPAL. NO CREDIT CARD accepted. Good I have Paypal for I don’t know how to process gcash. They asked for downpayment and pay cash upon delivery of the transportation.
This is my first time renting with them and I don’t encounter any difficulties. You can really trust and rely on them.
Also much cheaper renting them than hotel rentals.
I will highly recommend them to my family, friends, acquaintances and other people.

Possibilité de se faire livrer ou de rendre la voiture où l'on souhaite sur Bohol. En fonction de l'endroit un petit supplément est demandé.
Par exemple, nous avons rendu la voiture au port de Tagbilaran pour prendre notre ferry en suivant et nous n'avons payé aucun supplément. A voir avec eux 😉

Agence très professionnelle, voiture propre, bien entretenue, à l’heure à l’aéroport, …. Ils nous ont même rapporté nos lunettes de soleil laissées dans la voiture.

Ребята по запросу доставили машину к отелю за дополнительную плату и забрали потом оттуда же, нам даже ездить не пришлось в офис для оформления. Все оформили онлайн, договорились через what’s up и оплатили pay pal. Лучшее агентство по аренде автомобиля на Бохол! Рекомендую🤗

As a foreigner, they made the car rental a seamless process. Upon booking of the car, over WhatsApp, while abroad, they simply needed drivers license, passport, and non-refundable deposit. Upon arrival to Bohol, the car was delivered to us, where I paid the remaining balance in cash. Then at the end of the car rental, they also picked up the car from our hotel. It was very easy. Their customer service is great.

I contacted them 10 minutes before coming to the port. In 45 minutes we had a car and a driver.
We went to Loboc river, and then to chocolate hills with several stops on the road which driver Brandon suggested.
Driver Brandon was great. Full of information, suggestions, and great guy all-around.
If you can pick, i Would suggest Brandon.
And also the company is fair and good, i would suggest.

Bohol Car Rental was easy to book online. They have a wide selection of vehicles to meet you and your parties’ needs. They were very flexible on drop off and pickup locations even after hours. Their staff was friendly and on time. Good value for money as well. It is fun for a foreigner to learn how to drive in Philippines. I will use service again when i return.
