Our vehicle has comprehensive insurance. Insurance only applies to major issues. Minor issues like scratches, like damage on the side mirror, or anything that is not necessary to file a police report then we will ask for payment for the damages. We will ask for a quotation in the car repair shop.

Renter acknowledges that they shall be fully responsible for any and all loss of or damage to the Vehicle or equipment during the term of the Rental Agreement, regardless of fault or cause. This responsibility is not diminished by the presence of comprehensive insurance coverage associated with the Vehicle. Renter understands that while the Vehicle may be covered by a comprehensive insurance policy, such insurance may not cover all damages, losses, or liabilities. Renter agrees that in the event the comprehensive insurance does not cover the full extent of damages or losses to the Vehicle, Renter will be responsible for payment of the difference between the amount covered by insurance and the total cost of such damages or losses.

• We require a valid driver’s license and additional valid government ID. Photocopy of the passport is also required for foreigners.
• We require a downpayment to finalize and confirm your booking.

The vehicle will be provided with a certain level of fuel and must be returned with the same level of fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than when rented, the Renter will be charged for the fuel needed to return to the level at which it was rented, along with a refueling service charge determined by the Rental Company.

Yes. As long as within Bohol area only. The Renter understands that the vehicle is for use ONLY in BOHOL and CANNOT be taken outside Bohol. The Renter agrees to use the vehicle only for routine, legal purposes (personal or business)
